Photography Sessions – by Kaelith DarkemberI offer custom VRChat photography sessions where we work together to create cinematic, story-driven shots of your avatar. The session is part of the experience—posing, lighting, and editing are all tailored to bring your vision to life.
Basic Session – €15
• up to 30 minutes
• 3 final edited photo
• Light edits (color correction, framing)

TOS - Terms of Service
Age Requirement & Eligibility:
By booking a session, the client confirms they are 18 years of age or older. I do not provide services to minors.Booking & Punctuality:
No deposit is required to book; however, please arrive with your avatar or assets tested and ready. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the time may be deducted from the total session length.Payment & Delivery:
Full payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice. High-resolution, unwatermarked files are delivered only after payment is confirmed.Copyright & Usage Rights:
In accordance with International Copyright Law, I remain the sole creator and owner of the images. Clients are granted Personal Usage Rights (social media, profile pictures). A Commercial License is required for any use involving profit, advertising, or business promotion.AI Prohibition:
Use of my images for AI training, scraping, or "generative" manipulation is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in any AI-related database or workflow.Artistic Integrity:
No additional filters or edits may be applied to my work by the client. My watermark must remain visible unless a Commercial License is purchased.Turnaround & Portfolio:
Delivery times vary by project. I reserve the right to use all images for my portfolio, social media, or Patreon unless a private session is specifically agreed upon in writing beforehand.Legal Disclaimer:
My relationship with the Client is that of an Independent Contractor. I am responsible for the artistic execution of the project, but I am not liable for technical failures of third-party platforms (e.g., VRChat). This agreement is governed by the laws of the provider’s jurisdiction.
